Should you want to consider Homesearch to be your property manager, a formal contract and several other applications must be completed by you (we can help guide you through this process at our office). Prior to acceptance of management our representatives shall inspect the property.
We both manage and rent homes. NOT all homes are "vacation homes" or “managed homes”. We manage some properties, rent some properties and manage/rent some properties.
